Introduction and Data We Collect

Welcome to Your Business with AI. Your privacy is fundamental to us. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your name and email address to create and manage your account.
  • Your Business Information: To generate the analyses, we process the business idea description you provide. This information is the main input for our AI tools.
  • Usage Data: We collect anonymous information about how you interact with our application to improve user experience and the quality of our services.

Use of Google Permissions (Google Slides and Google Drive)

To offer the "Generate Pitch Deck" functionality, our application needs your permission to interact with the Google Slides and Google Drive APIs. Below, we explain transparently and completely what we use each requested permission for.

1. Google Slides Permission (`.../auth/presentations`)

What we need it for: To be able to create and write the content of your presentation.

This permission is the core of the functionality. We use it to create, edit, and format the slide presentation that summarizes your business plan.

What we DO with this permission:

  • Create slides: We add new slides to the presentation.
  • Insert and format text: We populate the slides with the content generated by our AI (such as market analysis, strategies, etc.) and apply basic styles like titles, lists, and paragraphs to make the presentation readable and professional.
  • Apply predefined layouts: We use standard Google Slides layouts (e.g., "Title Slide", "Title and Body") to structure the information logically and coherently.

Our application will NEVER use this permission to read, modify, or delete any of your existing presentations. The interaction is strictly limited to the new file created during the process.

2. Google Drive Permission (`.../auth/drive.file`)

What we need it for: To create the presentation file in your Google Drive account.

The `drive.file` permission is a restricted and secure access permission. We need it for one reason only: to be able to create the Google Slides presentation file in your Google Drive account.

What we DO with this permission:

  • Create a single new file: We make a call to the Google Slides API to create a new blank presentation in the root of your Google Drive. This file belongs to you from the moment of its creation.

What we DO NOT do with this permission: The `drive.file` permission is very limited and does NOT allow us to:

  • Access, view, read, or list ANY other file or folder in your Google Drive.
  • Modify, share, or delete ANY file that was not explicitly created by our application.
  • View the content of files that you have not opened directly with our application (which never happens in our flow).

In summary: Your trust is our priority. We request the minimum necessary permissions to automate the creation of a valuable deliverable for you. The process is transparent and is limited to creating a new file and filling it with your own business analysis. Your Google Drive space and all your other files remain private and secure.

How We Use and Protect Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve our services, communicate with you, and personalize your experience. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
